Not much to report this week as of yet, been rushed off my feet with work and injured leg. I managed to put together my punch bag frame. I got to the last page of instructions where it kindly said you need two people for this section.. Like come on say it at the start. Yes i know read the instructions first but who does that.
Anyway in work, we have been aligning many of our metrics. This includes our automated survey system and our repeat call checker. So I have taken the first 2 steps into trying to make some sense out of it all. We have found some interesting things out such as over 60% of our customers that call back don't actually call in 14 days about the same thing. This obviously makes it a lot more complicated when looking at our call backs, also I built a model that can predict the amount of money/calls we would have saved if we had improved our non repeat score.
Anyway its Thursday I'm knackered, with one day left in work and off away again this weekend. Cant say where due to it been part of some big surprise for a friend.
